Mey lives in New York State and is originally from Mexico. She is a lifelong learner who loves to teach and share the golden nuggets she discovers in the Word of God for daily life.

Mey is a biblical counselor and Bible teacher with over 15 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Biblical Counseling from Faith Bible Seminary, Lafayette, IN. Having overcome childhood abuse, depression, marriage brokenness, and her daughter’s health challenges, she is now passionate about guiding women to experience the same healing and transformation.

Through her mentorship program Rooted in His Love (English) and her Spanish podcast Los Detalles de Tu Vida, Mey helps women heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and embrace a life rooted in God’s Word for their good and God’s glory.

In addition to her group programs, Mey offers individual biblical counseling to women seeking one-on-one guidance for emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and Christ-centered living.

She is also available for speaking engagements at conferences, retreats, and church events, where she teaches on biblical counseling, emotional healing, spiritual growth, and marriage restoration.
